Health Guarantee/Contract
Congratulations on your purchase of a precious WhiteLightning puppy.
He /She has been declared healthy by my vet so I dont expect you will have any problems.
You have purchased this puppy as a PET and you agree to have the puppy spayed/neutered when it reaches 6 months of age, if this is not done by 8 months of age the purchaser agrees to pay a $2500 penalty to the seller. By purchasing a pet you are aware that the dog is never to be bred. If the dog is used for breeding in anyway, on purpose or accidental the purchasers agrees to pay a $2500.00 penalty fee to the seller. Registration papers are processed only after a copy of the veterinarian report is sent to me the breeder/seller stating procedure has been completed.
Your puppy is guaranteed for one full year from date of birth against life threatening congenital health defects. No refunds will be given for injuries sustained to this puppy while in the purchasers care. In the event that a veterinarian diagnoses the puppy covered by this agreement, acceptable to the breeder, to have a life threatening genetic health problem, the breeder will accept the said puppy back. The said puppy will be replaced with one of equal value. In the event of the puppys demise, no replacement will be given unless an autopsy is performed and the cause of death is determined by the veterinarian to be the fault of the breeder. If this is so determined then the said puppy will be replaced with another pup of equal value. Shipping and all vet bills incurred by purchaser are at the expense of the purchaser and will not be refunded, including autopsy.
If the puppy is deliberately harmed or mistreated in anyway or this contract has been broken in anyway, the breeder has all rights to take the puppy back from the purchaser, the purchaser will give ownership back to the breeder and no funds will be returned.
This agreement constitutes the entire meaning and understanding between both parties and is entered into with the puppys protection and well being first and foremost.
The health guarantee is not transferable. The non breeding agreement is for the life of the puppy.
