Here at WhiteLightning Maltese I believe in quality not quantity.
I am a small scale breeder and only have a few litters a year.
My Maltese live in my home as part of my family, they are not kept in kennels or cages they are loved, spoiled and very well socialized!
My Maltese pups will only be placed in loving, approved homes and
a non-breeding contract must be signed for pets.
Also all pet puppies MUST be spayed or neutered.
My pups will give love and affection to his/her new owners and the new owners must promise to love, cherish and spoil their new puppy unconditionally
